We are having another flavor tripping party this Wed, February 3rd at Cork & Company, an awesome local wine bar on South Congress and 3rd.

For those who have yet to try or hear these, flavor-tripping is the consumption of Miracle Fruit, those relatively unimpressive little red berries pictured here.

They are eaten for one reason alone: for about 45 minutes afterward, bitter and sour foods turn sweet! You’ll never believe how delicious a lemon or some Guinness can be until you’ve tried it during a flavor tripping party.

Miracle Fruit is a completely safe to consume berry, native to West Africa but now used worldwide for it’s interesting effect.

So join us for a unique culinary experience we guarantee you won’t soon forget!

What: Some nibbles and wine beforehand, Miracle Fruit, a spread of flavor tripping foods (lemons, limes, salt & vinegar chips, goat cheese, Tabasco sauce, etc.) at 7:30pm, as well as some red wine vinegar and some Guinness.

When: 7pm, Wednesday February 3rd
