All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after being received. You can usually expect your order within 2-8 business days from time of purchase. We use both UPS and USPS (come back here later and determine which is best for which size package/destination.)
Shipping is calculated and automated within our shopping cart system, and you’ll be able to check the shipping cost for your order before you complete your purchase.
We seek to minimize our environmental impact by using the least amount of packaging possible and making use of sustainable options when we can. All of our boxes/envelopes are either made from recycled paper or reused: this is why you may receive a box that looks like it may have been used before. If this bothers you, let us know and we will only use brand new recycled paper boxes for your orders. Occasionally, we will reuse bubble wrap or air pillows that we receive. But we will NEVER use packaging peanuts, even reused or recycled. These things are all kinds of obnoxious and we care about you too much to subject you to that nonsense.
